MoonSha First Anniversary

Jun 2010

Happy birthday to MoonSha! We have celebrated our first even birthday with Derbyshire Children's Holiday Center.

All of guests have enjoyed the time with MoonSha, with some delicious Japanese food to sample, live entertainments, and all for a very good cause - we have raised over £1,500 for the DCHC.

We are honoured to have Derby City Mayor, Councillor Amar Nath, to attend MoonSha first anniversary.

DCHC Chairman, Mr Bill Tomlison, has thank you for all the support from MoonSha and its guests.

MoonSha Sushi Masterclass

Mar 2010

Congratulations to all MoonSha Sushi Master Class graduates! As you can see on the photos they are have got the best skills and tips from our Sushi Head Chef Mr Yang.

All of our students have enjoyed the time with MoonSha. They have learn the basics of making sushi: nigrini, makimono, and California roll sushi. Mr Yang are very pleased with their master pieces.

Each class we will select the best sushi platter to award the student with our Sushi Starter Kit.

After the sushi class, they all enjoyed their own sushi - it is a perfect way to conclude the master class.
